For a grazing table (not board), plan for 100–150g of cheese per person and replenish as needed.
The Cheese Selection
Four cheeses is the ideal number — one from each of these categories:
Soft: Brie, camembert, burrata, ricotta. These are the crowd-pleasers and will empty first.
