How it Works
Each team has a baby doll, a diaper, and a pair of oven mitts. On "go," one team member must diaper the doll wearing only the oven mitts. Fastest correct diaper wins.
Instructions
Set Up Stations
Place a baby doll, a diaper, and a pair of oven mitts at each team station. Teams of 2–4 people work best.
Explain the Rules
One representative per team must diaper the doll from scratch — and the diaper must hold. No helping from teammates.
On Your Marks
Teams line up. Call "Ready, set, go!" — and watch the chaos begin. Cheering is highly encouraged.
Judge & Declare
Fastest correct diaper wins. A panel (or just the mom-to-be) judges whether the diaper would survive a real baby.
