How it Works
Each guest receives a clean diaper and a permanent marker. They write a message, joke, or encouragement on the outside. These are mixed into the diaper stash — discovered during 2am changes.
Instructions
Hand Out Diapers
Give each guest one clean disposable diaper and a permanent marker. Encourage creativity — funny, sweet, or encouraging messages all work.
Write Away
Give guests 5–10 minutes to write their message on the outside of the diaper. The outside front or inside waistband works best.
Share a Few
Before collecting, invite 3–4 guests to share what they wrote. Some of the funniest ones deserve a live reading.
Add to the Stash
Mix all message diapers into the parents' diaper bag. During 2am changes, a funny message is the best kind of surprise.
