How it Works
Pass a ball of ribbon around the room. Each guest cuts the length they think will exactly wrap around the mom-to-be's belly. Hold each piece up against the belly — closest wins.
Instructions
Prepare the Ribbon
Have a large spool of ribbon or twine ready. Each guest will need scissors — or you can cut for each person.
Pass the Spool
Pass the spool around the room. Each guest silently cuts what they think is the exact circumference of the bump.
Make Your Guesses
Once everyone has a piece, guests hold their length up against the mom-to-be's belly in turn. The room oohs and aahs.
Find the Closest
The ribbon that most closely matches the actual circumference wins. Keep the ribbon as a sweet party keepsake.
